The Shun Classic 2-Piece Carving Set includes the 20cm Carving Knife and the 16cm Carving Fork in a boxed gift set. It is an elegant choice for carving meat or poultry at the table. The long-tined fork holds food easily in place while the super sharp knife carves thin, uniform slices.
The carving knife features a beautiful Damascus-clad blade with Shun's proprietary high-performance VG-MAX steel, while the carving fork is made of high quality 300 series stainless steel.
