Change of mind – 90 day return policy

If you choose incorrectly or change your mind about your purchase from Teddingtons, you may return the item by post within 90 days of receipt.

Returns due to change-of-mind/incorrect choice must be unused, unopened and in all original undamaged packaging.

To return an item please send us an email here or by replying to your order confirmation email. We will then email you a return shipping label. Then simply take the product to any Australia Post outlet (no payment will be required at the post office).

Please note that a $20 return fee applies per item for change-of-mind returns, which includes re-stocking and return postage costs.

Once we receive the returned item we will refund the amount you paid for the product less the return fee, or you may exchange for another item. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Unless you are exchanging for an item of equal or greater value, we also reserve the right to deduct any payment processing fees incurred.

Broken or missing items

In the unexpected event you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us and we will arrange a free return and send a replacement.

We may ask for further details (including photos) to assist in investigating the cause of the damage.

Missing or damaged items must be reported to us before the first use and within 24 hours of receipt.

Manufacturer warranty

We are authorised Australian dealers of all the brands we carry, and most products come with a manufacturer warranty.

The length of any manufacturer warranty will be indicated on the product description page on our website.

Our guarantee

In addition to any manufacturer warranty, Teddingtons guarantees to repair, replace, or refund any of our products which are not as described, not fit for purpose, not of acceptable quality, or suffer a major failure within the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used.

This guarantee only applies if you:

  • have taken reasonable care of the product
  • use the product in normal domestic household conditions
  • use the product in accordance with the care and use instructions provided

This guarantee does NOT cover:

  • normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product
  • accidental damage after the goods have been received
  • commercial or non-household use
