The diagonal cutting edges of the blade reduce the resistance of the tomato skin ensuring even and regular slices. This all-rounder also offers a coarse and a fine grater for vegetables, a potato grater as well as an adjustable blade. This cutting blade is adjustable by a little lever to cut vegetables and fruits into thin or thick slices, as desired. A finger guard protects against injuries. All inserts are made of stainless steel and are dishwasher safe. German design and guaranteed by Leifheit for 3 years.
