It’s also a multi-tasker with a concave shaped top – your utensils can sit comfortably on it, making it handy when it’s time to serve your food. It can take more heat than black knobs, you can put your pot with the stainless steel in the oven for up to 250˚C. It comes with a screw too, so it is very easy to put in.
