How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is FREE for orders OVER $99 within Australia.

Standard delivery is $9.90 for orders UNDER $99 within Australia.

Express delivery is available starting from $4.90 depending on your location and the weight of the order.

Same-day Evening delivery between 5:30pm to 9:30pm (Mon-Fri) is available to most Sydney metro postcodes if ordered by 2pm. $19.90 for orders under $99 / $14.90 for orders over $99.

How long does delivery take?

Once your package is dispatched, delivery time varies depending on your location.

How quickly are orders dispatched?

Standard orders are usually dispatched the next business day.

Express orders are usually dispatched the same business day if ordered by 2pm.

Same-day Evening orders are dispatched the same business day if ordered by 2pm.

How will my order be delivered?

Teddingtons orders are delivered by Australia Post or a courier service.

Are PO boxes / parcel lockers OK?

Yes, we can deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers.

Your order will be automatically sent with Australia Post if a parcel locker, parcel collect, or PO box is detected in the address.

Some regional and remote PO boxes may incur an additional delivery fee unless you can provide a physical address as an alternative. We will contact you first before dispatching your order in this event.

Can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched we will email you a notification with a tracking number and tracking link.

You can also track the status of your order by logging into your account.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

The person accepting delivery will be asked to sign for the package, confirming that the order has been delivered.

If nobody is in attendance when delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave a card or send a digital notification (email or SMS) regarding the attempted delivery, advising a nearby post office/newsagent where you can collect the package, or instructions on how to arrange re-delivery. In these cases, please be sure to collect your package or arrange re-delivery within 5 working days as your package may be returned to sender after this period. Photo ID may be required upon collection.

Some of our carriers allow you to request the package be left in a safe place without signature. If you choose to have the package left without signature, this will be at your own risk. Teddingtons will not accept liability in any circumstances for packages lost, stolen or damaged once marked as delivered by the carrier if authority to leave without a signature has been provided by the receiver.

Can I collect my order?

No sorry, unfortunately our warehouse does not have the facility for pickups.

Does Teddingtons have a physical store?

No sorry, we only sell online.

Do Teddingtons deliver overseas?

No sorry, we only deliver within Australia.

Where are orders dispatched from?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
