The new and improved Le Creuset Signature Frying Pan with wooden handle is an excellent choice for all sorts of day-to-day cooking tasks. Cast iron enhances the cooking process by distributing the heat evenly and efficiently. The pan needs only a low to medium heat setting with delicious results.

The cooking surface features Le Creuset's specialist satin black enamel finish developed for optimal searing, locking in moisture, nutrients, and flavours. Very durable, the satin black enamel interior has been especially designed to protect the pan with no seasoning required and will develop a natural patina over time. Once a patina covers the cooking surface the release of food improves such that little, or no fats or oils are required for healthier cooking.

It comes with a traditional ergonomic wooden handle, and a convenient side helper handle which makes it easy to lift and adds control when moving between stove and table. Not suitable for use in the oven or dishwasher due to the wooden handle.
