How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is FREE for orders OVER $200 within Australia.

Standard delivery is $8.90 for orders UNDER $200 within Australia.

Express delivery is also available, starting from $12.50 depending your location and the weight of the order.

How quickly are orders dispatched?

Orders received before 3pm Sydney time, will be dispatched the same business day.

Orders received on weekends, public holidays, or after 3pm will be dispatched the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Once your package is dispatched, delivery time varies depending on your location.

How will my order be delivered?

All Teddingtons orders are delivered by Australia Post with tracking and signature upon delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, after your order is dispatched we will email you a notification with a tracking link.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, the person accepting delivery will be asked to sign for the package, confirming that the order has been delivered in good condition without obvious damage.

What if I am not home when my order arrives?

If nobody is in attendance when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card indicating the time of the attempted delivery, and a location where you can collect the package. This will usually be your closest post office or Australia Post outlet.

In these cases please, be sure to collect your parcel within 5 working days as your package may be returned to sender after this period. Photo ID may be required upon collection.

Does Teddingtons deliver overseas?

We only deliver our products within Australia.

Does Teddingtons deliver to PO boxes?

Yes, we can deliver to PO boxes.

Where are Teddingtons products dispatched from?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Does Teddingtons have a showroom?

No, we only sell online. If you have any questions regarding our products, please send us an email or call us on 1300 077 000.

Can I collect my order?

No, unfortunately we do not allow pickups or visitors into our warehouse.

Payment

What payment methods does Teddingtons accept?

Teddingtons accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Direct Deposit.

There is no surcharge for any of our payment methods.

Is GST included in your prices?

Yes, all prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Will I receive a tax invoice?

Yes, after we have received payment for your order, a full tax invoice with our ABN will be emailed to you. This also constitutes your proof of purchase in the event of a warranty claim.

How do I know if my order went through?

All successful orders will receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards. Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find this email. If you still have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again. Alternatively, please contact us.

Do you have a return policy?

Are Teddingtons products genuine?

Yes, we guarantee that all products on our website are brand new and genuine, manufactured by the brand indicated. All items come in original retail packaging unless specified otherwise.

Remember that all our products are covered by our 90-day return policy should you wish to return them.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?

Please contact us and we will arrange for a free return of the damaged item and send you a replacement. We may ask for further details to verify the claim, and to assist us in investigating the cause of the damage. Please visit our Returns & warranty page for more details.

Are Teddingtons products covered by a warranty?

Yes, we guarantee to repair, replace, or refund any of our products which are not as described, not fit for purpose, not of acceptable quality, or suffer a major failure, within 12 months of purchase.

In addition to this guarantee, most of our products also come with a manufacturer warranty. The length of the manufacturer warranty will be indicated on the product description page on our website, and in many cases exceeds our one year guarantee period.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the Teddingtons website?

Yes, absolutely. Payment transactions are encrypted with a 256-bit SSL certificate issued to us by Comodo. This certificate provides up to $50,000 protection from fraud. Do you keep my credit card details?

No, we do not keep your credit card information after your order is complete. Instead, your payment details are transmitted directly and securely to our payment provider eWAY Australia. We do not capture or save your credit card information on our systems.

Will my personal details be sold to third parties?
